Lime Valley Advertising and VoyageurWeb Announce Ownership Agreement

MANKATO, Minn. – Lime Valley Advertising, Inc. has announced that it has entered into a purchase agreement with VoyageurWeb, a leading web development company in Mankato, Minn. The agreement, to be finalized on December 30, 2016, includes Lime Valley’s acquisition of the web development, design, content updating and social media aspects of the company, along with the name VoyageurWeb.

“This agreement was carefully crafted by both parties. We have the utmost respect for all of VoyageurWeb’s accomplishments,” said Lime Valley Advertising President Brian Maciej. “We look forward to continuing the tradition of providing high quality web development, service and support. In addition, we are excited to provide VoyageurWeb customers with expanded creative service offerings.”

VoyageurWeb President/Owner Yvonne Cariveau said, “The values of Lime Valley really align with ours, which made this decision much easier. I’m confident that VoyageurWeb clients will be well-cared-for going forward.”

Several staff members from VoyageurWeb will transition to Lime Valley under the change of ownership. VoyageurWeb, will refocus its mission on providing website hosting and site testing, working as Internet Connections, Inc., as of January 1st, 2017.
